Stellenbosch FC's Devin Titus has revealed that loyalty to the club kept him at the Cape Winelands outfit during their relegation struggles last season. The forward scored his final goal for the club in their 3-3 draw against Polokwane City; Stellies' historic 300th league match.
Why Titus Stayed ## Titus explained that he wanted to leave the club in a better position before pursuing his African dream. He said, "There will never be a right or perfect time to leave a club like Stellenbosch, but it has always been important for me that if I left, I would do it after leaving the Club in a better position." ## What Comes Next?
Titus is now ready to test himself at the highest level of African football after joining MAS Fes. The club won the Moroccan Botola Pro title last season and will compete in the CAF Champions League.
